How to Install binwalk software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

binwalk software package provides tool for searching binary images for embedded files and executable code, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install binwalk 

binwalk is installed in your system.

Make ensure the binwalk package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep binwalk *
